But KATIE WHITE and JULES DE MARTINO have exposed they hope to add battering riffs to their live shows. One can’t blame them for going stir-crazy after locking themselves away in a disused cellar jazz club in Berlin while making their 2nd album. But one of pop’s hottest acts doing heavy rock sounds unthinkable. Katie claimed “We were holed up for a long period of time with no Television, no visitors and hardly any web. “I haven’t a clue who is up for a Mercury the week after next and we absolutely missed X Factor.

“An engineer made the strange trip to stop us from disagreeing and going loony but aside from that this was just us.” But she added “We had no rules. Berlin was a new start and I will do AC / DC style riffs now. ” I am very pleased with myself. I could only do power chords before. ” We would presumably add it to a live show at some particular point. Do our own version of Back In Black.” Jules added : “In a way we are better musicians because we have been playing on the road for the previous eighteen months. “But in a way we are worse as we got bad and started swapping things around.” The pair were signed to JAY Z’S powerful Roc Nation label in the States last Nov. The rap lord and his team have helped produce forthcoming album Kunst – the follow-up to their No.1 selling debut We Started Nothing. But Jules claims they did not feel any pressure working with one of the most important ( literally ) names in music. He asserts “He is very tall. “But one of the nicest and solid men you might meet. “It’s been exciting”. Katie added the relationship is exactly pro “we do not telephone him up. “I can not bitch at him asking where my shoes are.” The first single to be released is named Hands – released on October eleven.

Pop frontman Jason Derulo took to the stage at the Teenager Choice Awards 2010 to perform his top ten smash ‘In My Head ‘. Check out what the twenty years old served up below Rubbish. The worst part of the entire shabang is that Derulo is clearly trying hard, yet in doing so he at last comes up short. Way short. Everything from the random-ass introduction, to the shockingly bad vocals ( he sounded like he had run a marathonon the 1st verse ), to the smoke and mirrors employed to make an ‘aura’ around him, no, no, and no.

Like the Omarion’s that predated him, Derulo is doing just about too much at once, thus rendering himself an all rounder and a professional at nothing. Indeed, in staging his best Michael Jackson imitation, Derulo’s live vocals and respiring are a few of the worst I am able to recall in latest memory. If creating himself on the same plateau as the likes of Usher and Chris Brown is what Derulo is aiming towards, it’s obviously all in his head, if performances like this are anything to go by.

Brand spanking new Jason Derulo Track

There’s one thing we’vbe spotted about him though – he does not half like singing his very own name. So much so this video has appeared on the internet. It’s essentially 30 seconds of Jason crooning his very own name and it’s likely the funniest thing you can hear all day. *this isn’t Jasons new single, it should be though.

After years of living as one of the most closely protected families in the world, Michael Jackson’s 3 kids are to attend college for the 1st time. In an emotional interview to mark the 1st anniversary of the singer’s death, their granny and guardian Katherine Jackson has said to the Mail on Sun. that she’s keen to give Prince, Paris and Blanket a standard upbringing. Till now, they’ve been taught at home, in accordance with Michael’s policy of keeping them mostly concealed from the external world.

‘I’d say I am a little less stringent but I have attempted to follow the way Michael was raising them,’ she is saying in her first interview since he died from a suspected coronary on June twenty-five last year at his LA home. ‘But they do not have mates. They do not go to college.
They have non-public lessons at home. They are going to be going to a personal college in Sep for the 1st time.’

The 80-year-old great-grandmother snorts at the concept the kids could ever have a completely unexceptional life, but asserts they have got a healthy routine of daily schoolwork, karate and swimming.

Katherine has come under media scrutiny again in recent weeks after reported comments by her husband, Joe Jackson, who said she was in part responsible for Michael’s death – a sentiment he has now retracted.

I’m going to use mine for aerobic classes so the iPod connection is great. I’ve also purchased a further wire to connect my private cd player to the unit, and the sound quality is still great. I would not hesitate to endorse the ipa03. The speaker system also can function as a docking system letting you play your music straight from the iPod. Ideal for fitness tutors, entertainers and event arrangers, the Ion IPA03 may also be used for garden parties and outside with minimal set up activity necessary.

However, Charles Dunstone, chief executive of Carphone Warehouse, has come up with a new idea that he believes has the potential to beat piracy, even though on the surface it seems like an eccentric approach.

<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

According to Dunstone, broadband customers should be allowed to choose their preferred connection from different ratings based on ages, which is the same system employed by cinemas all over the world. TalkTalk broadband network hopes to use this method to hand over the reins to the parents who will be able to decide if they want to go for a U, 14 or 18 certificate, or an unclassified rating certificate for their connection.

Going for a U or 14-rating certificate would mean that file-sharing sites, pornographic websites and gambling sites would be restricted. The plan is to give the power to parents to prevent their kids from visiting websites that could possibly bring harm to their network connection. Dunstone thinks that this technique will go a long way in ensuring that online file-sharing is reduced, and it will help the content industry to isolate and remove websites that have BitTorrent files on them.

In an effort to find a way to curb illegal sharing of music online, about 100 British musicians came together recently to discuss issues related to piracy. The artistes all agreed that the best possible punishment for those indulging in illegal music sharing is to choke their downloading speeds.

For information on your ISP and corresponding broadband speed, try using the broadband check from Broadband Genie to get a snapshot of your current download and upload speeds. It’s a good site to compare broadband deals from the top internet service providers.
